LOVO Chocolate Shipping Policy
We carefully package each order to ensure LOVO Chocolate arrives to you in perfect condition. We ship to 48 states in the US except Alaska & Hawaii.
Order Lead-Time: March 2023
LOVO is very new to market and so during March 2023 we may need longer than our standard lead time to ship your order out. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship during March 2023.
How do you ship? / What are my shipping options?
We offer Standard Shipping which is Ground Shipping on UPS, Fedex or USPS. We do not offer overnight or 2-day shipping as regular options. If you need your product faster please use the Contact Us form to inquire.
All delivery times are based on business days (Monday — Friday).
Standard US Shipping:
We ship to 48 states in the US except Alaska & Hawaii.
Our shipping rates are:
- $5.95 for order value between $1-$49.95;
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.00.
Shipping to Canada
We do not currently ship to Canada
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 3pm CST ship from our warehouse on the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm CST may ship the next business day but one (eg: order 4pm CST Monday and it may ship Tuesday or Wednesday).
Where do we ship to?
Lovo ships to the 48 contiguous states.
In cooler months we will also ship to PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s, to Alaska or Hawaii.

LOVO ships from our warehouse in Wisconsin.
Free Shipping for Consumer Purchases
Free shipping for orders over $50 covers ground shipping only. Free shipping does not apply to multiple addresses. The free shipping does not cover the summer shipping order cost per order.
Winter Shipping
During winter months (October – March), all orders not going to a warm weather state will ship Monday-Friday. For warmer destinations we will check temperature along the route before shipping into a weekend, to avoid product sitting inside a delivery truck with a risk of melting.
Summer Shipping - Temperature Protection and Extra Cost
For all states during summer months (April – September) we have the following policy:
- Orders only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and are packaged with frozen gel packs and insulating materials. We will ship local orders on Thursday if it can deliver by the weekend.
- We charge an additional fixed $5.00 per order to cover the insulating materials and the additional weight and packing in the warehouse.
- Where ground shipping will take more than 3 days we may at our discretion, depending on temperatures, use 2 or 3 day air shipping to make sure that every summer order arrives in 2-3 days.
